Real Estate Photographer in Málaga: An apartment in Huelin showcased through professional photography and artificial intelligence.
I am a photographer specialising in property photography in Málaga, Marbella and on the Costa del Sol. This project involves a flat located in Huelin, in the city of Málaga, close to the beach, for which I have developed a hybrid working method combining professional photography, post-production and artificial intelligence tools.The foundation of the project is always the actual photograph of the property. The architecture, the spaces, the layout, the lighting and all the elements within the property are captured through professional photography, after which the images are processed in post-production.
In this case, artificial intelligence has been used as an additional tool within the photographic process to incorporate various lifestyle and styling elements, such as models, cuisine and setting, whilst maintaining the original photograph as the basis of the image.The aim is to produce property photographs that not only document a flat, but also convey how the space can be lived in and enjoyed.

Estate photography is evolving alongside new digital tools. Artificial intelligence now makes it possible to expand the possibilities of traditional photographic production, but I believe it is essential that these tools are used to complement professional photography, rather than as a substitute for the reality of the property.
In this flat in Huelin, I have worked precisely with this approach. The images are based on photographs taken of the actual space and have subsequently been processed through a retouching and editing process in which artificial intelligence allows certain elements to be added that help to construct a more complete visual narrative.
The inclusion of models, food and styling allows an interior photograph to be transformed into a lifestyle property image, showcasing different ways in which the space can be used and adding a more emotional dimension to the presentation of the property.
This approach is particularly useful for tourist flats, holiday rentals, property developments, interior design and properties aimed at a market where imagery plays a key role in the decision to buy or book.

Artificial intelligence as a tool in professional photography.
For me, artificial intelligence does not replace the photographer or the photograph of the property. It is simply another tool within a much broader visual production process.
The difference lies in knowing what must remain unchanged and which elements can be transformed or incorporated to enhance the visual presentation of a property.
In this project, the original photograph retains the essential information about the flat: architecture, proportions, perspective, lighting and the actual characteristics of the space. Building on this foundation, the images have been retouched using artificial intelligence to incorporate new elements of setting.
In this way, the technology allows us to explore possibilities that previously required additional shoots involving models, stylists, food stylists and production teams, whilst maintaining the professional photograph as the starting point.
The result combines digital photography, professional retouching and artificial intelligence to create more versatile property images that are better suited to modern communication.
